BCC creates workforce development programs in collaboration with our healthcare and education anchor partners, relying on its existing partnerships with community-based organizations to conduct recruitment from high-need communities for urgently needed healthcare positions. BCC works closely with CUNY, 1199 SEIU, and hospital employer partners on curriculum development and refinement, and will assist with job placement and retention support.
