Health for You & Yours
Public Health Solutions (PHS) in partnership with the Brooklyn Public Library (BPL) and Brooklyn Communities Collaborative (BCC) would like to invite you to our upcoming “Health for You & Yours” Resource Fair and Benefits Screening on Friday, September 12th.
The resource fair will be held inside the Dweck Center at Central Library (10 Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn NY 11238) from 11:00AM-4:00PM.
This will be a back-to-school event supporting family health and well-being. The resource fair will offer services such as HRSN (Health-Related Social Needs) screenings and support in areas like maternal and child health, nutrition, and housing. School supplies and backpacks will be distributed to the public while supplies last in the lobby.
