Nutrition, Policy, and Partnership Webinar
We’re excited to invite you to an upcoming webinar: Nutrition, Policy, and Partnership: Supporting Medicaid Members through the 1115 Waiver with HEALI and God’s Love We Deliver on Tuesday, August 20th at 2:00 PM EST.
This session will explore how Medicaid members engage with community-based organizations, and how Social Care Networks are partnering with the Medicaid system to deliver impactful services, like food and nutrition, that address health-related social needs. We’ll discuss how these partnerships work, recent policy changes under the 1115 Waiver, and what this means for the communities we serve.
